Review from Product Dept
Communication and visibility. They are also open to answering very hard questions.
Review from Marketing Dept
Company culture, perks, benefits, etc
Review from Product Dept
The leadership team truly listens to our feedback, and has genuine care and concern for Wish employees. Engagning, kind, authentic and very smart - I continue to be surprised by the Leadership team!
Review from Customer Support Dept
The leadership team has an open door policy, they are easy to communicate with when you have questions or want to collaborate on projects. The team is enthusiastic and down to earth. The environment is friendly and welcoming.
Review from Finance Dept
Open and honest transparency company-wide every two weeks, with chances to ask any questions directly to the leadership team.
Review from Finance Dept
Joe has a solid background in e-commerce and cross-border business. Vivian's experience and ability in the financial area are quite strong Jerry really cares about the employees and engineering culture.
Review from Engineering Dept
the current leadership is more pragmatic

Review from Engineering Dept
They are very transparent and communicative about company strategy
Review from Engineering Dept
Relatively frequent communications of active priorities and focuses
Review from Product Dept
They loop us in and always try their best to answer us straight to lessen our worries which is very helpful.
Review from Operations Dept
They have the experience necessary to change things around. Whether they achieve that or not remains to be seen.
Review from IT Dept
transparency and caring for the company
Review from HR Dept
The leadership team has taken a ton of action that indicates they actually care about changing the company culture. Previous leadership always struggled to deliver on transparency and the new group is really changing the company's tune around that which make for a more encouraging workplace.
Review from Product Dept
organizational communication is lacking; been in limbo for weeks re: 2023
Review from Product Dept
Have more empathy for the employees and properly reward the people who stayed at the company despite the company being in bad situation for their contribution and loyalty.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to offer better clarity on where they plan to take the company, provide better communication instead of just expecting people to blindly execute on projects every quarter which get prioritized or de-prioritized without justification as to why. Better compensation and work-time balance too
Review from Product Dept
Encourage thoughtful, complete project planning with realistic timeframes. Too often projects are rushed without proper planning, which overcomplicates deliverables, wastes a lot of peoples' time, and forces long work hours (and burn out) in a sense of urgency.
Review from Business Development Dept
Vision and Execution . .
Review from Engineering Dept
Clear vision. direction, guidelines. priorities, high standards, establish internal processes!
Review from Design Dept
Making company goals and strategy more clear. Being decisive so things can move forward. Addressing obvious issues with quality control from a physical and digital product perspective. Giving any indication of what our values or culture are.
Review from Operations Dept
communicate strategy, vision, be present
Review from Product Dept
They need to understand that cohesion and transparency matter.
Review from Operations Dept
Stop promoting based on friendships, it is very demotivating to work for a company where the managers/team leaders promote only people who they like or serve their own interests
Review from Business Development Dept
Set company wide goals and make them clear. Set clear decision makers that help mature the company.
proactive, transparent, clear and comprehensive communication alignment on goals, KPIs, metrics, POCs, resource allocation avoid duplication of work between teams, have cross-functional teams/orgs collaborate more
Review from Engineering Dept
More proactive communication. We never know what's going on.
Review from HR Dept
Communication, ensuring interns have the necessary resources to complete tasks
Review from Engineering Dept
constructive criticism, more support, dont make employees feel like they are always doing everything wrong, this is for the DS team leader
Review from Product Dept
They need to be better at being a united front. Peter should have consistent meeting with his leaders, so that his leaders can have meetings with their reports. Company Meetings should be conducted as a panel with executives, and not just Peter. Also, DIVERSITY - need more women (and in meetings)
Review from HR Dept
care about the bottom people doing. Sometimes the tasks just give from the top but the completed time are tight and resources are limited. We face lots of pressure from the manager.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication. It is obscenely difficult to understand what direction the company is going and where we're supposedly headed. The quarterly all-hands meetings are more like a presentation to the board and don't do much to inform the masses of what's going on besides as an update on the bottom line.
Review from HR Dept
Communication. Executives say and do nothing when employees ask questions. Peter should just stop. What CEO posts shirtless pictures next to an Amazon box? Invest in your employees. $30/mo after taxes for at home office stuff? What can we buy? Half a chair? Be leaders. Run your business.
Review from Engineering Dept
Top-down communication (verbal, written, face-to-face) to all levels of employees about strategy, mission, values, cross-functional alignment, and expectations. I have never seen our CEO's face within the context of Wish, only in news/social media.
