Overall it's been great, I also wonder if we can incorporate more foundational research on new generation of target consumer, which can inform product strategy on acquiring new users.

Full of challenges and things the team want to do but could also lost focus without clear priority and direction. Glad that leadership is steering the wheel more proactively and hope to result in better productivity and customer experience as a company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Between the time I accepted the offer and 1 month prior to my started day (when share is calculated), the stock fluctuated a lot resulting my RSU package value much lower than expected.
