What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary is great, as is healthcare

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not at par with market or ither tech companies. Increase compensation as well as provide stipend benefits (wifi allowance, quarterly office supplies, etc).

Compensation is not at market. Other companies are paying 20% or more. Attrition is likely. Benefits are subpar. 401K should be matched. The stock conversion was done poorly and the company did not do justice to its employees without offering flexibility to its tax liabilities.

401(k) match (I'd give up other perks for a 401(k) match), clear and transparent bonus and COLA/merit pay increase structure... Non-technical roles should be treated equally in all respects to technical roles.

The new CEO has brought a positive energy making individuals feel like people vs unknown machines. He is creating a warm and friendly culture with empathy and care

It is exciting to be part of a dynamic company especially during this unprecedented time however we are all working extremely hard in silos and many initiatives that involve other teams are not communicated effectively which creates a lot of set backs.

Not enough communication accross teams. More engineering resources distributed fairly. Eliminate product management team and increase engineering.
