I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.

Right now I feel that for the amount of work and stress it takes to support a book of business of 100+ accounts, our team deserves a bit more compensation. The OTE I signed on to seemed fair at the time, but it has become apparent that with the current comp plan, that OTE feels unattainable.

I've invested significant amounts of my own money on different cyber security certifications because ZeroFox either declined outright, or offered to help and later backed out leaving me to unexpectedly to front the bill. Either help with continuing education or offer raises for doing this on our own

Sometimes it feels that the compensation for the role doesn't match the level of responsibility - would love more fair/competitive pay. There has been a lot of change/transition amongst team members, having a monthly mental wellness benefit would also support overall mental wellbeing.
