Currently base salary... initially was informed i would recieve enterprise accounts and only 5% of my book was enterprise + Inherited a lot of Dead on Arrival accounts

Compensation is solid, very happy to have the 401k match, CareFirst is pretty good overall (but not without challenges with out-of-network Therapy coverage)

The salary itself is very good -- but having to cover benefits out of each paycheck, and the 401K-related benefits, could be better.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.

Right now I feel that for the amount of work and stress it takes to support a book of business of 100+ accounts, our team deserves a bit more compensation. The OTE I signed on to seemed fair at the time, but it has become apparent that with the current comp plan, that OTE feels unattainable.

I am doing a lot more work than others in the same position and not compensated proportionately. Getting a substantial raise and a decreased workload would help.

I've invested significant amounts of my own money on different cyber security certifications because ZeroFox either declined outright, or offered to help and later backed out leaving me to unexpectedly to front the bill. Either help with continuing education or offer raises for doing this on our own

Sometimes it feels that the compensation for the role doesn't match the level of responsibility - would love more fair/competitive pay. There has been a lot of change/transition amongst team members, having a monthly mental wellness benefit would also support overall mental wellbeing.

The pay is extremely unreasonable, a janitor gets paid more than me at this point, the hike that I get increase 1000-2000 rupees that's so horrible

Fair and transparent compensation aligned with my responsibilities, performance, and market standards would make a big difference. Recognition through bonuses, raises, or even non-monetary rewards like development opportunities would help me feel more appreciated and motivated.

The pay is too less, and even the hike percent is very low, i guess instead of taking ppl from outside for team leads we can promote the senior employees as we are we aware of the work
