Transparency, I feel like can always reach out to the team can get a clear response. Most organizations, i've worked for they were no existent except for townhalls or large opps. Here they're receptive, willing strategize on all aspects of the business

There has been consistent loss and turnover, especially of talented employees, and leadership doesn't seem to be acknowledging this or the reasons for the turnover. There is also a very low morale it seems that is not being acknowledged.

There's too much micromanaging and too many conflicting priorities and obligations being pushed down from higher up. It's incredibly unclear what our focus is and frustrating to get so many different priorities from different people.
