Everyone is so worried about themselves and their jobs, department, role, etc and no one is working together. Departments are siloed, don't communicate with each other, and point fingers at each other rather than working together. Leadership is not receptive to feedback - only defensive.

There is no small teams anymore, 1 to 1 interactions are almost non existant. I feel like I work with a bunch of people now, not "my" team

Since the upper management changed, we have pass though several big changes: lay-offs, process changes, tool changes, career path updates, one sided decisions. A lot of people just quitting with little to almost none time to adjust. My friends already left because of that.

We went from doing interesting things at technology, to just "use AI" and build and maintain boring stuff. Great people have left and I feel there's no real commitment to retain good talent

Need my work to be more specific and streamlined. At this point, no one is willing to pick up the pace for new employees or employees joining a new team. Getting ignored by operational manager day after day isn't a good feeling.

Work environment became toxic. My manager is micro managing and continues to emotionally abuse me emotionally for lack of knowledge, age, and race. It is evidence that as the minority on the team, leadership is releasing frustration to me.

There are some people in prominent positions who are not conducive to positive work environments. They can make the working environment fairly miserable due to lack of technical skills, poor listening, and lack of people leading ability.

I'm overwhelmed. I never know what to expect week to week, or even day to day sometimes. I always have a new person to answer to, my priorities always get shifted when I'm halfway through something, and then I get impossible deadlines to do things because OTHER PEOPLE didn't plan accordingly.

Foundation of things going wrong is the compensation. It needs to be improved or matched to the market standards. I have seen the best employees leaving because of the same reason. The production gets disrupted and we cannot provide proper client satisfaction if people keeps leaving for better jobs.

Revenue and retention are significantly down (which is affecting any potential bonuses) and it is causing a chaotic shift in additional tasks and responsibilities for tracking purposes. There seems to be huge rifts between departments and everyone is blaming each other. Improve communication

Transparency, probably, and it's better if the ELT understands what goes on on the floor! Also, they need to do a better market analysis on compensation cuz when you compare most of our competitors, they pay more than twice what the analysts here get paid, and my team's attrition is more than 60%.

Customers dissatisfied with the product. Poor communication from the organization to our customers. Poorly defined expectations from leadership to our department. Problematic business practices that many feel are objectively unethical.
