ZeroFox Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k match and health insurance

Posted 7 hours ago

Finally a 401k match and the new dental plan.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 hours ago

The salary is competitive for the industry / role

Review from Product Dept · Posted 12 hours ago

401k is nice....unlimited time is okay

Posted a day ago

I'm paid fairly for my role. The remote-first organization is modern, necessary, and just makes sense. Since you've changed our health insurance provider, I have much better options if my wife loses her benefits or her job. Unlimited PTO is great, even though I don't use it much. I just don't worry.

Healthcare, 401k match, PTO, Dental

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a day ago

I feel my comp is aligned with my value.

A decent amount of choices

Unlimited PTO and fully remote work.

Quarterly bonus potential (SPIFF program)

The compensation covers most of the things but still there are little things that can be covered.

I have not had an issue with pay

Posted 6 days ago

I think that the salary portion of my compensation package is good.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 6 days ago

It seems like a fair compensation package

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Payments is still competitive with the market

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Benefits are great. I have the impression that the company can pay me more, specially given the work I have done.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 7 days ago

There are few perks, the best one is health coverage even though it is limited

Review from Product Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Is good that we have some benefits.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 7 days ago

The pay is pretty good.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 7 days ago

the compensation provides a good sense of security while recognising the value and responsibilities of my role.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the compensation band for the TAM position is within the market range, but definitely on the low-end of the market. There are other decisions besides compensation that come in to play when considering employers and those variables are in ZeroFox's favor which is competitive to other offers.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 6 hours ago

increase compensation, increase compensation, increase compensation

Posted 9 hours ago

Year-end bonuses, bonuses linked to renewals and upsells

Posted a day ago

I do not feel as though I am evaluated fairly against my peers and I'd feel better if there was a standard of "good". More work is sent my way because people know i'll do a good job rather than others held accountable for subpar performance. I do not feel like my concerns / feedback are heard.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a day ago

Compensation for new starters is reducing. Salary is going down while we are expected to work more productively.

Multiple employees (not to mention, very talented people) keep leaving the company, mainly in the Bengaluru, India branch due to low monetary compensation. The compensation is quite low especially for a person to stay in an expensive city like Bengaluru :(

Posted 3 days ago

At times, I feel that my contributions and responsibilities could be reflected better in my compensation. A salary review based on my performance, responsibilities, and contributions, along with clearer opportunities for growth and recognition, would make me feel more valued.

Posted 4 days ago

There is a big disparity in compensations between different departments. I feel undervalued because I don't feel I'm being paid enough for all my efforts.

Posted 4 days ago

I manage several different tasks and am not compensated fairly based on what I bring to the table. Market value for my position and experience is about 30-40k more than what I'm currently making.

Posted 4 days ago

Higher salary, instating a training budget for professional development, budget for home office supplies

Posted 4 days ago

Looking around the industry at similar positions at competitors and other companies, those brands reinvest into their people through dedicated time for career development, internal and external training, and ability to explore different aspects of CTI that we don't engage with here.

Posted 4 days ago

very unfair compensation. The whole year feedback is always great but when it comes to appraisals there's always something irrelevant pointed out and the numbers provided are low. Feels so much unfair.

Posted 5 days ago

I sometimes feel that my compensation does not fully reflect the level of responsibility, effort, and contributions I bring to my role.

Posted 5 days ago

I've been consistently taking on more than my role requires, but that extra effort hasn't translated into recognition or career advancement.

Posted 5 days ago

My responsibilities have grown significantly in scope, including people leadership, client oversight, operational decision-making, process development, and support across the broader organization. While I appreciate the compensation increases I have received, I would value a more substantive review.

Posted 5 days ago

I feel I am not paid according to the work I do

Posted 5 days ago

I don't feel that my compensation is reflective of the size of my book of business.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The same job description in few other companies I know compensates their employees more than 505 of what I am earning. The responsibilities we carry and the compensation would never ever compare in the company as of now.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Being told there are budgetary issues due to churn etc and then watching Sales spend 1000's on drinks and food. Clearer pay transparency, and efforts for pay parity. Frustrating to hear praise, and that you are valued and not see that reflected in your pay or no room to negotiate.

Posted 6 days ago

The work demands a higher pay so that the attrition rate can be controlled. The role can be changed to remote then this compensation can be considered as fair.
