Senior executives needs to be transparent on how profits are spent. They are always talking about growth happened, but where is that profit being spent, people assume its always in senior executives pockets.

Maybe small activities for team building and just generally to show that work isn't the only thing we do at office would be great as we spend more tha 11 hours in office which is half the day.

I working here with five years of experience continue to receive comparatively low pay, and there are no additional perks or benefits in place. Although this issue has been highlighted several times, there has been no visible improvement yet. Salary pay is too low.
