My overall experience has been good with the company. Mainly the previous leadership I worked under was amazing and they recognized my work and also gave me the confidence to experiment ideas at work. But it changed after moving to new leadership team.

Get better at focusing on customer experience rather than elaborate process which is only becoming a hassle and not making anybody's life easier. Treat and talk to employees with respect and support them. If not attrition is bound to happen

Currently base salary... initially was informed i would recieve enterprise accounts and only 5% of my book was enterprise + Inherited a lot of Dead on Arrival accounts

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.

Because I was hired before a few others, with more educational background and experience in the field and they still got paid more at starting.

Right now I feel that for the amount of work and stress it takes to support a book of business of 100+ accounts, our team deserves a bit more compensation. The OTE I signed on to seemed fair at the time, but it has become apparent that with the current comp plan, that OTE feels unattainable.

Nothing is wrong necessarily. There are times with certain accounts that dont have a CSM that I feel im doing a decent amount of work that doesnt pertain to sales to make sure the customer is happy, which causes stress. I dont hate the work but being excited about it is a struggle as well.
