What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally everyone is looking to support each other. There was an issue with CS intially, but all has been resolved. Lanes have been created
What makes you most happy at work?
defending our customers. The spot where we live in Cyber is niche; and not many people can say they protect Billion dollar organizations like we can
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently base salary... initially was informed i would recieve enterprise accounts and only 5% of my book was enterprise + Inherited a lot of Dead on Arrival accounts
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, I feel like can always reach out to the team can get a clear response. Most organizations, i've worked for they were no existent except for townhalls or large opps. Here they're receptive, willing strategize on all aspects of the business
