I believe comp is below market. If I am valued as am employee, I would expect a combination of performance, market and cost of living to be included. My expenses keep increasing but my comp has not changed.

There are some people in prominent positions who are not conducive to positive work environments. They can make the working environment fairly miserable due to lack of technical skills, poor listening, and lack of people leading ability.

Foundation of things going wrong is the compensation. It needs to be improved or matched to the market standards. I have seen the best employees leaving because of the same reason. The production gets disrupted and we cannot provide proper client satisfaction if people keeps leaving for better jobs.
