Particularly on the product side, I think Russ is doing an amazing job. He's one of the best product leaders I've had the pleasure working with. On the c-suite side, I think it's impressive how well our finances are now in order, and that we usually have positive news to share for sales/finance

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.

I've been underpaid for a while now, and each time asking for a bump in compensation to match the value I provide has been difficult and takes a very long time, even though it's acknowledged by my leadership team and HR.

I feel undervalued because I was hired as one role but have taken on more responsibilities without significant raises over almost three years. My first manager was underqualified, and I covered many gaps. A fair review and a genuine renegotiation would make me feel better about my compensation

At the company we have the motto of "being the guardians of the internet" but we are not doing anything related to that. we are just chasing money and doing stuff for customers. We should invest into doing some social work to actually be the guardians of the internet, or just drop that idea.
