What part of ZeroFox's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The office is almost at max capacity. They need to hire more remote employees instead of trying to cram them into headquarters.
inside sales, field challenged, hard to do big deals, mostly small deal business, new end user product no one is buying but spent millions on it

How's the vacation policy at ZeroFox?
PTO policy changed from set number of weeks to unlimited. Still need to work with manager to make sure taking time off is approved but it's great not having to count your hours is you need to take off. Still get the typical holidays off and they kept the week of Christmas to New Years where the office is closed.

How's the morale at ZeroFox?
Pretty great. When upper management is always upbeat, it's hard to be in a bad mood. They always make a point to recognize employees for their hard work with bi-weekly Fellow Foxes acknowledgments and quarterly Impact awards that involve extra options and an award.

What unique perks and benefits does ZeroFox provide?
Happy Hour after 5, Mon-Thurs and after 4 on Fridays. Every now and again the CEO will sponsor a happy hour at a Fed Hill bar. Foxy swag includes shirts and other items. Lunch every Tues-Fri. Unlimited PTO. There are still a few downsides like no stock matching. It's still a start-up but they are making progress.

mostly nice people, be careful most management is not trustworthy

What do people at ZeroFox think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He's a hard driving, ADD, narcissistic cheerleader of a CEO. share his view and like to party with him, or work heads down and don't get in his way, and you will do well. HE will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear to get you to do what he wants, oversells what's real/what's possible and says he is transparent but he his not. Ask to see any financial information and you will be blocked.
The CEO clique loves him, some like him, others are there for the job and the money.

CEO is an autocrat so it's snap fingers and do what he wants. long hours typical of any exec in software startup.
Lots of hours, at beck and call of ceo who drops in and disappears. gets angry when others are late but he;'s always late or cancelling last minute

CEO says whatever he needs to in order to impress people or get what he wants, but lies or withholds information. The's a friends of FOSTER ceo clique of young kids and fanboys. Company lurches from idea to idea with no credible validated plans.

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at ZeroFox?
Spoke to a lot of people and really got a good sense of what the company environment would be like. What sealed my decision was speaking to the CEO. He really cares about the culture of the company and he cares about his employees.
What's the office layout like at ZeroFox?
cramped, noisy, but we sometimes have beer in the basement kegs. nice to get free lunch most days.

that the CEO is an ADD, ego centric, narcissist that is a great cheerleader but not a strong business leader
