My team is super smart, extremely collaborative and just really great to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe comp is below market. If I am valued as am employee, I would expect a combination of performance, market and cost of living to be included. My expenses keep increasing but my comp has not changed.
