There has been consistent loss and turnover, especially of talented employees, and leadership doesn't seem to be acknowledging this or the reasons for the turnover. There is also a very low morale it seems that is not being acknowledged.

Sometimes it feels that the compensation for the role doesn't match the level of responsibility - would love more fair/competitive pay. There has been a lot of change/transition amongst team members, having a monthly mental wellness benefit would also support overall mental wellbeing.

Previously, ZeroFox felt like a place where you could really be heard and where ELT was listening. Those days feel gone. Additionally, it feels as though my team has taken a major back burner and almost doesn't exist anymore. Town Halls feel completely corporate and there is no personal touch.
