It's been a long and challenging road, but worthwhile.
Overall very positive. I've been given several opportunities and have worked for & with some fantastic people.
Seeing my work positively impact others.
Feeling like I'm helping others and doing impactful things.
Hands down the unlimited PTO.
Always the people I get to work with and for.
The people I work with every day and the trust leadership has shown.
They are honest, smart, and supportive in both my professional and personal goals.
Most people here genuinely want to help each other out and make things better for others.
Leadership and coworkers care about each other, we're all in this together to deliver a better product.
CE management has created the best unit of people. Everyone is here to help everyone & I always feel supported. I truly love working here.
I can be open with my manager and other leaders in my business unit, and they work with employees and each other to understand and solve problems.
The leadership, great leaders make people want to succeed and lift others up. I want to work hard and produce results because it will positively impact those around me.
Leaders in my business unit are approachable, understanding, supportive, and generally the best people to work for. Executive leadership feels a bit distant. I don't communicate with them and really only see them on Town Hall meetings but they likely don't know my name or anything I do here.
We hire kind, smart, & driven people that are willing to roll up their sleeves. Everyone is understanding & supportive. We are always picking each others brains for inspiration & keeping the ship afloat when someone is OOO. This teamwork is a direct reflection of the great leaders we report to.
Unlimited PTO. As a working parent I have a deep appreciation for not having to worry about a PTO bank when my kid once again gets sick and has to be picked up or stay home from school. It makes employment feel a lot more like a give & take relationship and allows me space to do my best work.
