Continued and consistent updates about profitability (on the town hall meeting) and responsiveness to questions in the Ask David writeups.
Jason is an incredible leader. He always cares and works with us to solve any issue
I don't feel micro managed I am under the impression that my leadership team wants me to be at my best to do my best at work. They encourage me to take time for myself (PTO). They value my opinions
Becoming more involved in customer accounts
Clear communication and very understandable about any personal issues that arise.
Subject matter expertise, training, structuring goals, recognizing opportunities and acting on them in a timely manner
Less bias and object and constructive criticism
It is unethical for employees to be given increased work and responsibility (a promotion) without increasing their pay as has happened in the intelligence federal merger. I've worked exceptionally hard for this company. Gone above and beyond. I'm not feeling valued anymore.
I feel I'm paid well, and the addition of a 401(k) match has fixed the biggest hole in compensation.
Clear break up present in offer letter.
I appreciate the good healthcare package and pay.
Medical benefits are pretty good.
3% safe harbor 401k contribution is very nice
Because I was hired before a few others, with more educational background and experience in the field and they still got paid more at starting.
I am doing a lot more work than others in the same position and not compensated proportionately. Getting a substantial raise and a decreased workload would help.
I don't necessarily feel undervalued for my work. However, I feel undervalued with compensation. It is less than the market value and getting a decent raise is difficult. Additionally, promotions aren't really existent, there are more lateral moves.
I don't feel undervalued. Transparency on salary ranges and clearly defined career paths.
Prized cows get the raises and it can be demoralizing. Especially when youre told you need to perform better, but are carrying your team on a contract. Introverts always get overlooked in favor of the extroverts. Lack of promotion opportunity, but avoids peter principle...in some cases anyway.
My teammates are super impressive analysts and always willing to lend a hand with requests and to cover time off.
I have made some good friends from the team

I'm not sure that I could define the culture at the company, but my interactions with my coworkers are generally positive.
The culture is fine, but the work itself is draining in nature. The company plays no role in that, just the state of the world.

Every day my job is to find interesting things; the best days are when I find something really cool or can contribute to someone else using my unique skills
The opportunity to work from home. It helps me be more productive.
Being able to do things on my own time, having my own schedule: This enables me to have a great work life balance, which in turn makes me happier to work for ZeroFox!
When I see my work has made a real impact on a customer
When there is a large amount of work to complete.
Resource allocation can be carried out better based on talent rather than bias. Subject matter experienced and knowledgable leadership to lead the team can make better analysts.
Nothing besides my salary is necessarily "wrong", but is anyone ever jumping for joy at the thought of working xD
