Since joining I have had a lot of opportunity to grow, and this is the first workplace I have experienced where I have gone such a significant amount of time without even the slightest negative interaction with management or another employee. It really says a lot about our culture.

Great company but sometimes waiting for the other shoe to drop. How long will we have a job before it is replaced by someone in India or AI? I do not feel it is a secure place right now. I am grateful to still have a job at all. I wish someone would just say we are safe and not a company red line.

Communication and the appearance of transparency regarding the state and direction of the company. Highlights successes, goals, and does not create a fear based environment. All seem open and approachable regardless of titles.

The leadership team needs to better prioritize employees through things like better benefits, continuing education, higher wages, etc., in order to improve my satisfaction

Investing in and valuing employees. This company does value its employees or invest in them at all, there is no effort to retain good analysts. This company routinely over hires and lays off analysts. Employees are terminated or resign on a fairly regular basis, no opportunities for development.

Subject matter expertise, training, structuring goals, recognizing opportunities and acting on them in a timely manner

Less bias and object and constructive criticism

Contributions to the Health Savings Account are extremely helpful.

its been more than 4 years in the organisation, still feel underpaid everytime during salary hike meeting they say next time will provide good numbers again the same thing. investment of employees in an organisation should be respected properly.

It is bizarre to insert an opinion that I feel undervalued. I feel valued, we are all lucky to even have a job given the AI environment. The pay at ZeroFox is known throughout the industry for being on the low end compared to peers. Most are paid 10-25k less than if they were at another company.

There is no transparency when it comes to pay and the pay scale for different job roles. I am underpaid for my role compared to others. I've noticed we have way more men in leadership roles than women and it's the first place I've worked where I feel disadvantaged as a woman. It doesn't feel nice.

The unspoken no a-hole rule. ZeroFox has very few a-holes. They stand out and typically don't make it anyway. Everyone works to support each other with respect, except for a couple who just don't fit in the culture. Most work hard to ensure they do not fail or let down others.

It is NOT toxic. It is NOT fear based. It feels open and supportive or safe with the exception of fearing AI is coming for our job (They terk our JERBS!) Embracing remote work is such a luxury. The communication must be tackled. A manager cannot only prioritize slack messages based on designations, which is what is happening right now. Delay by a few hours is fine, by days is not acceptable. Responsibilities should be made clear with proper context

It is hard to be excited when there are no prospects of promotion at all, nor fair pay. It is very difficult to do the work without tools, we get none of that despite asking constantly. There needs to be more opportunities for progression and fair, clear pay + budget for training and learning new.

Need my work to be more specific and streamlined. At this point, no one is willing to pick up the pace for new employees or employees joining a new team. Getting ignored by operational manager day after day isn't a good feeling.
