What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I'm paid well, and the addition of a 401(k) match has fixed the biggest hole in compensation.

Continued and consistent updates about profitability (on the town hall meeting) and responsiveness to questions in the Ask David writeups.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are super impressive analysts and always willing to lend a hand with requests and to cover time off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel we are treated as responsible adults who can make decisions about what's best for us. I'm not micromanaged and my expertise is valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day my job is to find interesting things; the best days are when I find something really cool or can contribute to someone else using my unique skills
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very smart and motivated. We have similar personalities so I get along with a lot of them. When I need something done quickly people are always willing (and able) to get it done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing geopolitical intelligence, and certain special projects that I find particularly interesting. Noting here as well that being remote makes me happy, I enjoy that I can sit on my comfy couch rather than going into the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
David Muse seems honest and open--the questions form is good, the monthly financials presentation is good. Most important is that after layoffs he said it would be his fault if this happened again. That made me feel he would stick to his word and only do the single (probably necessary) round.
