Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Felt undervalued due to dry promotion and also % were not given as per my performance, it was flat % for all the team members

No career growth in my position, it's never even been discussed with me. I have the same title I've started with over 3 years. I've had 4 different managers in 3 years. My compensation had commission and now is capped off with a bonus this will not allow me to make more than the previous year.

Theres no more cross communication across the business, seems to be very siloed. In my position I used to make commission, thats no longer the case.
