My own copy leadership team is professional, pleasant, engaged and transparent. They all care about us employees as workers and as people. The top co. leadership team is professional and hard-working. I am watching to see how all the new plans, like Oygen, play out.

If I approach them with a question or issue during Q&As, they get answered to the best of leaderships' knowledge IF THEY ARE UPVOTED ENOUGH. It would be even better if all questions get answered even if it is after the meeting.

Pay their employees a livable wage. I'm not even asking for competitive at this point, just pay me enough to live and afford groceries, utilities and rent. Don't overwork employees without paying them for overtime. Creative has been doing extra work without pay for months.

start with the customer rather than metrics. we are trying to mold our customers' behavior into our business model instead of changing the business model to meet customer needs. I am disenchanted by our direction that over-indexes on price and under-indexes on a delightful experience/innovation

As the newer leaders have some in from amazon, there seems to be more of a culture of focusing what is being done wrong or can be improved vs celebrating some of the wins. There needs to be a better balance.
