Empathy for employees. I feel encouraged by my direct leaders to prioritize my personal life and mental health. Everyone genuinely cares about their work and is willing to help teammates out. It's not a competitive environment where I feel like I am competing with my colleagues to get ahead.

The flexibility is the best part of the company's environment. I don't feel pressured to be at my desk all the time.

Peer support is great. The environment on site has been weird and quiet post-COVID, but we are able/encouraged to be ourselves. No dress code, able to play music, casual and relaxed environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Listening to and acting on the needs of team members. This question is asked again and again. More appropriate compensation, better benefits. What is good for the gander is good for the goose. Company culture is meaningless when compensation is lacking; it is literally the only reason we are here.

We need to figure out who we are, and lean into that. We need more transparency and honesty from HR. We need to drive ownership as a way of interacting throughout our company - and we do that by truly empowering our people.

More vacation time, better parental benefits, better quality managers. Its hard to feel motivated when your up against managers who you dont respect or who are impeding on progress rather than helping.
