On the surface, Motherly seems like an amazing company to work for. You quickly realize that there is no structure or processes. They will kick you to the curb SO quick, without hesitation, even if you've been a total rockstar. If you're looking for a stable company, stay away from Motherly.

Appreciation for hard work is rare at Motherly. Get it when you can but don't expect it. Pay is okay. Benefits are horrible, especially considering it's a company geared towards mothers.

There is ZERO culture at Motherly. Culture is huge. Without it, your employees have no sense of belonging to the company and nothing to help motivate them/feel connected to their colleagues. Getting a culture in place should be a priority.
