The clear nission of Motherly - helping mothers thrive- has been my main reason I love working here.
Motherly has been an exciting startup to join. The company mission to help mom's thrive is crystal clear and the work throughout the company is tied directly to that mission.
Fire drills and chaos is the norm at Motherly so much so that they prevent most employees from getting their normal duties handled daily. It's disappointing that the brand which is supposed to represent all mothers doesn't treat or respect their workers adequately.
Motherly seems like it would be a great place to work because of their focus on mothers, but it is NOT. There is a complete disregard for team members and their wellbeing. People are treated as if they are expendable. Stay far far away.
