What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment is very supportive of mothers which makes a huge difference for my and my family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Less meetings and micromanagement of projects. Trust your workforce to get their work done successfully.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Less meetings. Less fire drills, more time to focus on actual work instead of reacting to the dozens of sudden requests from management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Most leadership is out of touch with their workforce and they could practice more empathy and understanding.
