The one bright spot in this company outside of the poor leadership at the top is that the teams of worker bees are made up of some of the brightest, talented minds. They're good people who are invested in a shared mission. And if they had enough resources and direction/leadership, they would soar.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings. Less fire drills, more time to focus on actual work instead of reacting to the dozens of sudden requests from management.
There are many in the company that I do not trust.
