I am well paid especislly for a fully remote company.
I love the unlimited PTO as well as the fully remote status of the business. Motherly has always been remote which allows me to save money on childcare by not having a commute to the office.
Remote work is the biggest perk
They paid me every two weeks. PTO is a joke because there is no time to take it and you aren't compensated for it on the way out. They'll kick you out with the bare minimum for severance no matter how hard you work.
Motherly is incredibly in tune with the needs of today's working women. Leadership is strong in their mentoring of women to advocate for themselves and they also plan critical support benefits with the needs of todays mothers in mind. PTO, mat leave and flexible working solutions are the best
Unlimited vacation and remote work

Structure of compensation, no ceiling
I was able to craft a compensation package that met my invidivual needs, apart from the company norm.
Working remotely is clearly the most attractive part.
The ability to work remotely.
The flexibility and opportunity to work remotely as a full-time employee is a fantastic benefit. I feel very supported and understood as a working mom.

Benefits options for our families including medical, eye, dental and life insurance.
Salary. I'm pleased with it.
Appreciation for hard work is rare at Motherly. Get it when you can but don't expect it. Pay is okay. Benefits are horrible, especially considering it's a company geared towards mothers.
Simply recognizing the hard work and effort put forth on a daily basis would be a good start.
The pay is not competitive to the market—especially as it pertains to the oppressive expectations and unrealistic
