The executive team is very considerate and have extensive industry knowledge.

The leadership team works really collaboratively together is respectful to each other's separate departments. They are also aligned on the company's goals and mission which is not always the case at a startup.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Most leadership is out of touch with their workforce and they could practice more empathy and understanding.

Need clearer direction, less fire drills, more support.

Treating their employees with respect - in the sense ideals portrayed outwardly by the company need to be practiced internally as well.

Treating their employees with dignity & respect. The success of Motherly is built off the hard work of the employees. Practice what you preach to your audience.

There seems to be no interest in investing in current team members as the company evolves. There is no direct path of career development in the company and no opportunities for training or leveling up. The minute KPIs aren't met the threat of being replaced surfaces.
