The people with whom I work are excellent. Our clients are generally enjoyable people as well. Seeing our company make strides to bring the organization into the 21st century, both technologically and socially. is encouraging. I just wish they could be more competitive with remuneration.

I think my teams internal support lets us stay relaxed and comfortable.

They take ownership when they fail. I like that. Everyone fails from time to time. If you try to blame other I lose my respect for you. Our executives do not do that.

Our compensation is below average for my region. I know that ABC is not responsible for the coast of living and gas prices going up, but they seem to be doing the minimum to assist us.

My boss and I have built a team that trusts each other and has each others back. When one need to take a day off for whatever the reason the rest of us rally and cover. My team is the biggest reason I can put up with the bellow average pay.
