Company would rather hire overseas employees then invest in honest hard working Americans for their customer service and tech support regardless of the feedback from there clients or there employees. Hold times are ridiculous and sitel has constant employees call out making it worse. Hope for change

They are friendly and always willing to get the job done. They take constant OT and if not for them the company would fall apart in my opinion.

The simplicity of the questions and the straightforward process. They know if you are a good fit for the job due to extensive knowledge and research. Very impressive.

Start hiring from American instead of outsourcing to other country's. Another thing could be to have a dedicated USA team and expand to a certain amount of team members for are USS based clients.

Most departments are falling apart and due to being understaffed. Hire some more people from the USA to cover for the drop. Work on mitigating attendance and other issues with overseas employees. Punish the people that should be punished.

I feel unappreciated because I worked hard last year for my annual raise only to be told per company policy that you can either get promoted or get your annual increase. I worked hard and deserve both, one has nothing to do with the other.
