Being employed at ABC through many changes I would describe my overall experience as rewarding but challenging. I find that some tasks assigned can be challenging but the completion is rewarding. I am supported by leadership throughout the challenge and empowered to complete on my own.

They are very personable and approachable. They take time to get to know you, listen to you and learn from you.

Being remote, we have group chats that we use to still bounce ideas off of each other and for those that are local we try to meet in office or schedule lunches together.

When I was initially hired, there was a video interview and then a group interview. The group interview was foreshadowing to the environment and culture to expect at ABC, it was interesting to be in a group setting and listen to others while still being able to share my own answers.

We are empowered to complete projects on our own but are still supported by our peers and leadership. We are encouraged to take time off but there is still a balance I am personally trying to find that while I am off, I am able to enjoy my time off and not worry about the work that will be there.
