Remove "Affirmative Action".Upper Management needs to have a better understanding of what the workers do in their day to day jobs.They need to quit hovering above us,and just hoping everything works out.

Hands on expeirience,upper management has idea what actually goes on,or how processes are executed in day today production.They have no idea of who the people are,who actually work for them.They manage through "Policy" making,and people manipulation.
