Pleasant relaxed conversation. But that's an interview over 5 years ago.
On store level we try to work as a collective team. Lift each other up, be their to get each other through. Outside of that the upper management does not actually care and their actions are what demonstrate this.
It not about money. You can't make work life balance impossible and exhausting to the point time off is just trying to rest up for the next shift. 16-40 dollars an hour... Is irrelevant if the workload is insane.
