My team is a direct reflection of the leadership of each store. My team had been trained and honed by an amazing manager and a caring team of assistants who wish to see hard workers grow and develop.

Each meeting starts on time

We work together on stocking boxing as a team as are assistant manger Michele smoke cigs in our face handing out orders makin us feel ill wirh the smoke

They try their hardest to meet impossible demands put on them

Co workers are exceptional. Store manager is the problem. She hires her friends who arent qualified and promotes them over other employees

Stopping leaving all the work for the new people while the old employees sit around and talk all day.

They put one person up front expect you to talk through walkies all the time it's too noisy for that we have self-checkout and people are stealing and you have no way to do anything really and I have no way to contact nobody

completing tasks, less drama, being timely in completing tasks so we get out on time, being reliable.

Better management. Improvement starts at the top, not the bottom.
