Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It’s hard to feel valued when the management team makes no effort to stick to schedules. I knew the pay I was getting into and that’s fine, but if I’m expected to be at work by a certain time, I expect to leave within a certain timeframe, as

Work load, hours, all management are toxic

I think everyone should be paid more and have full benefits including vision and dental. That's not an Aldi problem but a united states' problem. I think Aldi does okay at keeping us fairly compensated with prime pay during the busy summer season. Instead of $16 I'm making $18 which is better.

Aldi expects a significantly higher standard of work than other retail operations, and they do pay above average. But the work expectations still far exceed the compensation. They expect 10x the work for 1.5x the lay of other retail companies

Review from Sales Dept

Increased pay. I can hardly afford gas anyways.

Complaints and suggestions stop with our DM. Nothing is elevated to a corporate level. We are a commodity to Aldi.

No bonus plan, guaranteed increases means no one is compensated for being above and beyond. Way below industry pay for salary. Finally, each area has different comp scales. No consistency

I feel if we were union we be paid more

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being treated fairly ive been mistreated long enough

It not about money. You can't make work life balance impossible and exhausting to the point time off is just trying to rest up for the next shift. 16-40 dollars an hour... Is irrelevant if the workload is insane.

I worked evwry inch for this company i helped them in many ways where i even found a rodent in one of the stores

Higher wage would make me happier

Better pay, especially with high inflatiln

Pay me more gift store 37 a competent management team give me some sort of backpay on the wage is my former manager stole from us and maybe I will have a more of a communication later good day

Management does not appreciate their staff

The amount of workload and pressure you are given when you close the store with only3 people in the whole store. The work you do is 3 person job In itself. What would make me feel better is that had I known they would not pay me out correctly, I would not have taken this job.

I am not appreciated for my work and i am paid the same amount of work as those that are not working as hard as me

Extremely fast paced and big work load. I'm in management and only get paid a dollar more then an associate

They cut pay by a lot during a management restructure. They opted to give high positions to new employees vs internally promoting. They are not clear of what employees need to do to accomplish their career goals. Management should make more than $1 more than associates.

Anything would be nice better than nothing
