On store level we try to work as a collective team. Lift each other up, be their to get each other through. Outside of that the upper management does not actually care and their actions are what demonstrate this.

Management needs to realize that store associates that are paid $16 an hour and barely make 30 hours even for full time employees have a life outside of work
More staffing. You keep adding and adding to all the things we have to do and still want us to cut hours. It’s terrible for moral
