Though this was 7 years ago there were 3 separate interviews. I guess they were thorough and that made me feel like they hired only qualified candidates

Stop handing disastrous people management positions because they are related or know someone. Compensate people for their skill and work ethic. Stop taking benefits we've already earned. Come up with better solutions to save money

We have people in our department that are not in management but take on leadership roles because they have to. We have alot of intelligent and skilled people at my organization. That's what is keeping us open.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I'm actively seeking other opportunities and the offers I'm receiving are far above what I'm compensated for now. The health insurance cost more than my house payment and raises are held below 3% for everyone. We are also segregated from salaried employees when it comes to other benefits.
