I've been impressed from the start. Initially it was a lot to learn, but the people are kind and supportive. We're focused on the mission and I can see clearly how my work contributes to that. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and seem like actual humans.

They are transparent and approachable. They host AMAs and do Q&A at company meetings where they answer even tough questions. Their actions show that they care about the mission.

Working on difficult and interesting problems on a team whose company I enjoy, all in service of a positive mission that benefits society while also selling useful products and making money.

Collaboration and kindness. Questions are encouraged and it's clear that we're all on the same team working to solve the same problems. There is much less infighting and politics compared to other places I've worked.
