How employees describe working at BEGiN

Fast, fun, and challenging. We work at a fast-paced company and a fun environment, but the lack of headcount makes the work 10x harder than it should be. I value the challenge, but I see that it's putting a strain on our team. Overall, a positive experience but definitely challenging.

So far so good. Very few bumps that weren't managable. Coworkers are a joy. Projects are awesome. #dreamjob

It is very fast pace, but you are empowered to make change in the company

Overwhelmingly positive. This company is comprised of quality people who do their best for kids and each other with humility, humor, and kindness.

I have had a rough start given the situation I walked into, but things have improved since then. I feel our leadership team has a good grasp of where we want/need to be and a plan to get there. I like the overall impact we are making on the next generation.
