What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Little Passports leadership team care for their employees as people. I don't know personally know the rest of BEGiN's leadership team and can't comment.

I like our 401K match and the fact that its fully vested day 1. Would love to see if we can add a Bonus plan to our comp structure.
The base comp seems to be fairly in line with market after last raise.
Its an OK package that all company gives out. Nothing exceptional and nothing exiciting either

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.

They're the best team and people I've ever had the pleasure to work with! I love how transparent we are, how we value each other as humans, and how close we are despite working from home.
