I have had a rough start given the situation I walked into, but things have improved since then. I feel our leadership team has a good grasp of where we want/need to be and a plan to get there. I like the overall impact we are making on the next generation.

most of the co-workers seem driven and well qualified to help us get to our end goal

Since the time I have started had the chance to review and fix and make current processes better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our 401K match and the fact that its fully vested day 1. Would love to see if we can add a Bonus plan to our comp structure.
