Seeing that the work I do is recognized and being appreciated by my team and cross functional team members.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I really appreciated the rates reducing for families. A few hundred dollars per month cheaper than the previous year is a big difference!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people team takes our feedback and turns it into action. When the company was creating return to work plans, they took employee feedback and ultimately left the decisions to managers/employees to figure out if they would be more productive in office or remote.
