What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That we are a family.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Little Passports leadership team care for their employees as people. I don't know personally know the rest of BEGiN's leadership team and can't comment.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're the best team and people I've ever had the pleasure to work with! I love how transparent we are, how we value each other as humans, and how close we are despite working from home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.
