Love the flexibility (remote first). The 2nd Friday is a game changer. Discussions with Doug are amazing. Compensation is very poor. There is no career planning for product team members. There is a huge gap between US team and Indian team in terms of perks - Paternity leaves, Health insurance etc

Based upon the market benchmarking and peer evaluation from other companies I am getting 28% underpaid which is a huge gap. There is no career succession planning or even a discussion. The new hires are getting paid 15 to 20% higher and there is no revision for us
