Salary based on geographic locations are fair and the equity is good

It's great working with a group of smart folks who know their roles and apply themselves consistently. I don't see much in the way of weak links at the company and that is refreshing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of people who care about each other as humans. Teams of people go above and beyond to make sure our culture is reflective of our employees and everyone is respected and valued

I appreciate being able to work remotely but also having access to a local shared space to meet with nearby coworkers regularly. It's a healthy balance.
