I feel both challenged and supported in my work. It's allowing me to stretch but in a way that doesn't cause negative stress, I am excited about the problems I am helping to solve and generally enjoy each day.

The best part of my comp package is that it isn't an issue. It isn't anything that would drive me away from a great company culture,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate being able to work remotely but also having access to a local shared space to meet with nearby coworkers regularly. It's a healthy balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working to solve challenging problems that when solved should really help accelerate the companies success. I find the work I do is very tied to the outcome of the company and that's motivating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's great working with a group of smart folks who know their roles and apply themselves consistently. I don't see much in the way of weak links at the company and that is refreshing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on doing the right thing for the business but always understand that we are people and not just machines. There is real care for employees that I haven't experienced at other companies this size.
