The leadership is very transparent about all the high level decisions and that gives everyone the confidence that our leadership team is doing the best they always can and stand up for their team.

Well balanced compensation package. Very in line with market rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not every role is directly linked to customer satisfaction/sales. I wouldn't say this is making one's role/performance undervalued, but more of the fact where indirect roles/departments also need to be recognised/rewarded to drive motivated workforce.

They are encouraging, always helpful in the need of hour and most importantly a team player which helps make work fun and easy always.

To be honest, the freedom to decide, choose and voice my opinion at all levels is a big encouragement for me to step in to work everyday! This is one of the first companies I worked for that recognises the opinions of its employees, stands and implements it as well!
