I think the parental leave is great. My previous company offered 3 days, and it's awesome to work for a company that makes parental leave a priority.

it can be hard to feel included at a remote first company, but I think the people really help to tie things together. I appreciate fun programs like the wellness challenges, and the book club and #secretlifeofpets to help us get to know coworkers as people.
