My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I enjoy working with my teammates. I think I'm compensated fairly, and I have really good work life balance. Overall, it's one of the best experiences I've had at a company.

Everyone takes care of their own business. I can trust them to do their jobs and do them WELL.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the parental leave is great. My previous company offered 3 days, and it's awesome to work for a company that makes parental leave a priority.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the lean into Ai. It's great to work for a company that embraces this type of change and knows how important it is to keep up. Thank you for keeping us relevant.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. It's inspiring to see how good they are at their jobs and that they all try to do the best job they can. I also really appreciate their gratitude and the culture of recognition we have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it can be hard to feel included at a remote first company, but I think the people really help to tie things together. I appreciate fun programs like the wellness challenges, and the book club and #secretlifeofpets to help us get to know coworkers as people.
