I fear if investors lose faith and pull funding, the company will shut down b/c w're not making sales. I've learned a lot but my direct manager is the only person that's taken an interest in my career. I don't know what to do here to advance at the company.

I have worked for other progressive tech companies and this one is the best by far. Doug Dennerline is the best CEO I've worked under in my career. In addition to Doug, the executive team is fantastic. The culture is open and caring. We also aren't shy about having some fun!

The benefits package is competitive with other Silicon Valley companies. My favorite component of our benefits is our second Friday of every month off and the one-year of diapers they give to new parents. (even though my kids are past that age, it just says a lot about the company values)

It is a can-do company that cares deeply about every aspect of our business. From the CEO all through the company, it is expected that we each care about the "whole person" and that we bring ourselves to work. Passive aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable and would never be tolerated.
